If you must cancel or reschedule, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a $25 Fee.No calls & no shows, may be charged up to 60% of each service booked.
10 MIN LATE POLICY All services are timed to allow for consult, dressing, cashing out and clean up so that services are thorough and not rushed. Anyone more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule and pay a $25 fee.
SICK POLICY If you have a fever, cold or flu, please reschedule your appointment.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE A credit card will be required to make an appointment. You may pay with a different form of payment during check out.
GRATUITY "Cash" tips are preffered. If you are happy with the service, tips are greatly appreciated but not required.
GIFT CARDS No refunds, not for resale, cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization will not be replaced.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? Each person and service is different, some require more time, some require less. Most services average 30 minutes to an hour. If it is your first time, please arrive 10 mins early to fill out any paperwork.
